Regarding the steam temperature of our VIVO steamers, the steam temperature at the head is 194°F / 90°C with the PVC Plastic Head and 212°F/100°C with the Metal Head.

If your VIVO steamer has stopped steaming or is not giving off enough steam, it may be due to clogging inside the unit. Refer to your instruction manual on how to clean your unit, especially if you've been using tap water.

The wrench for the VIVIO 500GC/550GC is located on the bottom of the unit for convenient storage.
